Job responsibilities:
  • Proofreads edits and checks documents for accuracy and consistency (MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, DPAs, SCCs etc.);
  • Reviews contracts for completeness, proper date/signature, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws and internal operational requirements;
  • Ensures that all documents within the contract package are included and accurately disclosed;
  • Performs legal research;
  • Assures fulfillment of GDPR compliance needs;
  • Reviews data protection policies and contracts;
  • Assists with fulfillment of CCPA, NIS, HIPAA compliance requirements;
  • Assists legal counsel with various tasks;
  • Communicates with various departments.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably working directly with contract law (US, UK, EU);
  • Fluent English;
  • Degree in relevant subject;
  • Experience with GDPR contracts and GDPR compliance;
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely;
  • High attention to detail, outstanding time management skills;
  • Good organization skills;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Adherence to company policies.
